Tricon were appointed to take this 5-star hotel from concept design to tender documentation as well as designing their waste strategy. The new Corinthia hotel will restore the Grand Hotel Astoria, which has been
vacant for the past decade, to its former glory. This fabulous building offers two main fine-dining restaurants supported by a ground floor main commissary kitchen which also supports the banqueting hall. The mezzanine floor hosts a pastry area for guests to enjoy sweet treats. Tricon worked alongside MA2 Architecture and Arcadis, who acted as MEP engineers for this project.
