Andaz Capital Gate Tower – Abu Dhabi

An iconic building designed by RMJM architects located in the Abu Dhabi port area. This is a mixed use tower where Tricon designed the food and beverage hotel element for Hyatt. There are 200 bedrooms from the 18th floor upwards and a range of food and beverage facilities including an all day speciality restaurant, bar and meeting rooms. Tricon was involved throughout the entire design process and advised on the operational management in areas that influenced the design of foodservice and laundry.
