Having delivered a wide range of projects both in the UK and Internationally Stephen’s forte is the development of the foodservice strategy, at the front end of projects, that enable the design team to proceed with a clear understanding as to the client’s concept and business aspirations.

Combining his project role with heading up Tricon’s management consultant team, Stephen has worked on numerous high profile projects conducting operational and financial reviews on behalf of clients, as well as market testing and operator procurement. With a background in hotel management, he holds an economics degree from the University of Nottingham and enjoys being able to put his years of experience to excellent use.
