With over 30 years F&B design experience Robert leverages his expertise and knowledge of foodservice design to manage large-scale and complex hospitality, headquarters, retail centre and campus projects, as well as smaller boutique designs. Project teams and clients seek Robert’s technical insights as well as his profound understanding of operators’ needs. Bob graduated with a Bsc in catering systems in 1978 and in 2009 was acknowledged by his peers and made a visiting fellow at Sheffield Hallam University. Throughout his career he has focused on pushing the boundaries of creativity and design in hospitality and has, as a result developed close working relationships with many of the world’s leading hotel brands. As one of our two Creative Directors Bob is responsible for early stage masterplanning and design origination ensuring our designs are founded on a considered and informed basis.
