In his role as CEO, Mike divides his time between leading projects and managing the business, focusing on Tricon’s business strategies, performance and organisational development to ensure that we serve our clients with the industry’s top talent. As a hands on leader, with over 30 years of experience across all Tricon’s business sectors, Mike brings a wealth of experience to project teams from pioneering strategy development through to cutting edge designs.

Outside his consulting activities, Mike is a regular speaker and presenter at industry conferences in the fields of foodservice design and sustainability and is regularly sought for industry views.
