With over 30 years of experience, John has led the initial strategy development for many projects across all of the EMEA Region. John retains a passion for finding ergonomic and bespoke practical solutions to complex foodservice strategies to enable the design to proceed with a clear operational and business case.

He leads management and design consultancy projects and is responsible for the development of our international work. Regarded as one of the country’s leading experts in catering contracts, John was instrumental in introducing the Guaranteed Performance Contract in the UK. He also delivers courses on catering contracts for the British Institute of Facilities Managers.
