Eddie has over 35 years of experience as a foodservice designer having worked on projects globally across all sectors of the industry. His initial experience was gained with a number of consultancy practices in the UK joining Tricon in our London Offices in 2004, before moving to Dubai where, as part of the growing Dubai team, he led projects up until 2010, prior to setting up his own practice in the region. During his 17 years based in Dubai, Eddie worked predominantly on luxury 5-star hotels and resorts across the MENA region and has worked with most of the main international hotel operators. Having relocated back to the UK in 2021 Eddie returned to our London studio where he is now leading projects, both within the UK and Internationally, delivering Food Service Design solutions that are innovative, creative and sustainable while following a clear interpretation of the client’s brief and ensuring compliance with local legislation, food laws and HACCP.
