With over 17 years of industry experience, Adrian Bayly is invaluable within Tricon’s Management Consultancy team and is a testament to the companies sustained period of success. Graduating from Nottingham Trent University with a degree in Hospitality Business Studies, Adrian dived straight into a career in the hospitality industry beginning with an operational role for a leading food retail service. From then, Adrian went on to join a foodservice consultancy where he was involved in both design and management consultancy, before joining another practice where he focused on the delivery of management consultancy to a range of prestigious clients.

Adrian joined Tricon in 2017 as a Project Director, bringing with him a wealth of experience.  His extensive knowledge of the many sectors including business & industry, leisure & retail and higher-education makes Adrian both a flexible and invaluable resource who has demonstrated his immense capability within the company.
