His expertise lies in understanding consumer psychology and behaviours in their relationships with food, alongside a comprehensive knowledge of client’s commercial requirements and business models.

As the local Director of Tricon Foodservice Consultants’ Asia Pacific operation, Adam draws on his extensive background working with leading companies in hospitality and foodservice design. His experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of the complex dynamics shaping the foodservice industry, from innovative operational design solutions to changing consumer preferences to emerging trends in technology and sustainability. Adam’s speciality lies in the field of hospitality and corporate foodservice, working closely with clients to tease out and formulate their vision for food and beverage into comprehensive strategies, briefs and designs for their project developments.
