Adam joined the Tricon team as a Senior Design Consultant having previously worked for Google as Kitchen Design Manager, delivering leading food spaces for various operations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Prior to this, Adam spent time as a catering designer on consultancy and design and build projects with a leading catering equipment supplier where he was responsible for establishing the project brief in creative yet practical ways across numerous market sectors.
