Tricon Caters for All at London Investment Bank
Tricon worked closely with an investment bank in London to deliver a foodservice strategy and design which would meet the culinary needs of the 3,500 staff located at their Canary Wharf site. Tricon worked alongside project managers Gardiner & Theobald and interior architects, TP Bennett, to facilitate the provision of a wide range of outstanding food and beverage facilities throughout the building, as well as showstopping client entertainment spaces.
For staff who are short on time or on the move, a Traders’ Deli with a Grab & Go area and some seating can be found on Level 2. On Level 4, staff are treated to a wide range of options. Alongside a feature bistro show kitchen with chef engagement, a large grill counter and a woodfired pizza oven take pride of place. Staff can also take advantage of a Marketplace Deli with a retail element, a Speciality Kitchen, a Coffee Bar and a display counter which can be transformed into a staff bar.
Fine dining facilities were also provided on Level 5 in the form of a 60 seat table service restaurant and terrace, complete with an on-show pass counter and incredible views overlooking the River Thames, providing a space perfect for client entertainment.
Tricon were also responsible for the detailing of hospitality services supporting 15 meeting rooms and 2 multi-function spaces which formed part of a client meeting/conferencing suite, offering hospitality service with buffet selection, beverages and light lunches if required.
