Having worked on projects over the last twenty years with most of the global architectural firms, Ruth’s multidisciplinary expertise allows her to develop leading kitchen and servery spaces for today’s operators. Never afraid to take on new challenges, or question established precedents, Ruth has led a variety of projects across the Middle East and Asia ranging from hotels, corporate, healthcare and leading educational establishments with a focus on user engagement coupled with a clear understanding of the client’s overall budget and business objective. Originally a licensed architect, Ruth brings boundless energy to projects perhaps as a result of being an ardent tri-athlete.
