Tricon Foodservice Consultants were delighted to be appointed as part of the international team, led by Henning Larsen Architects and Plan A Design Management to undertake strategic planning and kitchen design services for this landmark Opera House. Situated on the pristine Red Sea coastline, the Jeddah Opera House includes a 1500-seat Red Sea theatre, capable of hosting the world’s finest touring operas and orchestras, a mid-scale 750-seat Playhouse theatre, geared towards mixed-use events and a 150-seat Rehearsal Hall, enabling performers to hone and practice their arts before putting on a show.

Tricon’s scope involved undertaking designs for the multiple food and beverage offerings for the Opera House, including a fine-dining restaurant, VIP Lounges and the General Concessions. Crucial to the operations of the Opera House, Tricon also designed comprehensive staff and performer dining facilities, ensuring all those involved in creating the masterpieces have everything they need to perform at the highest of standards.
