FOOD & BEVERAGE DESIGN PROJECT MANAGER
DUBAI
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Dubai team who are delivering world class hospitality designs on some of the most exciting F&B projects globally. This position will work closely with our Design Director and other Project Managers to help support the design development process and ensure that our clients and professional design teams receive best in class support throughout the projects lifecycle.
The role will require that you take ownership and responsibility for a number of allocated projects where you will then be accountable for their delivery in an organised manner liaising with the client and wider project design team, whilst also managing internal team resources to ensure timely delivery.
With a background in successful project delivery, you will manage the design process from concept through to completion, supported by our best-in-class team. Presenting at all levels, your excellent communication skills will convey your visions with energy and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
- Leading projects from briefing through to successful completion.
- Building relationships with clients, operators and professional design teams.
- Review of architectural and Interior Design concepts from a hospitality perspective.
- Negotiations with project teams to ensure optimal space planning and logistics are achieved.
- Presentations at various project stages.
- Integration with project teams at meetings and workshops.
- Leadership of internal project team.
- Ensuring excellence in all that we do.
- Management of internal team resources.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the hospitality industry across multiple sectors.
- Proven experience in managing large scale hospitality projects.
- Proven experience in managing internal resources by encouraging and inspiring the team.
- Experience of using your commercial, contractual, programme and technical expertise.
- Accomplished in dealing with high profile senior clients, operators and professional teams.
- Knowledge of current international standards, codes of practice and Health & Safety risks relevant to the design of hospitality projects.
- Experience delivering projects on time to the highest standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients, fostering future relationships.
- Awareness of current trends and developments in the hospitality market.
- Knowledge in various Common Data Environments (CDE) i.e., BIM 360, Aconex, SharePoint

REVIT TECHNICIAN
LONDON/ESSEX
We are currently looking for an experienced Revit Technician to join our exciting team based in our Romford office.
Working on some of the most prestigious hospitality projects globally.
Requirements
- Revit experience (min 2 years’ experience)
- AutoCAD beneficial
- Industry experience within a similar role working on Food and Beverage projects – beneficial.
- Catering Equipment knowledge – beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
- Meeting tight deadlines
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks
Primary Responsibilities
- Produce high quality drawing packages including plans, elevations and services drawings
- Project delivery and coordination
- Implement best practice procedures
- Support surrounding team with various projects

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (UK BASED)
The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Business Development Manager to join our company. This position will work closely with our Dubai BDM, and jointly will be instrumental in helping shape and deliver the company’s sales growth. Responsible for managing and developing existing and new networks of clients, you will identify chase & track new project leads, liaising with our proposal team and Directors to close out and convert opportunities.
The role will require that you network with contacts from the Hospitality industry and professional design teams globally which will require some travel across Europe and the Middle East, although much of this can be achieved from the UK.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in the Hospitality, Food & Beverage market and/or experience in the Design & Construction industry, with strong management skills, and a strategic mindset to contribute to our firm’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Dubai BDM to develop and implement a strategic business development & sales pipeline aimed at building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, winning new work, and positioning and profiling the firm as a market leading practice.
- You’ll be responsible for enhancing the firm’s profile, strengthening relationships with key clients & contacts, and driving collaboration across the firm.
- You’ll work with the Board to deliver sales strategies, multi-channel campaigns, market research, analysis and brand awareness.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.
- Attend relevant conferences, exhibitions and seminars to network with the industry and promote the company.
- Provide effective management and mentorship to the proposal team, fostering their professional growth and performance excellence.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and client preferences to provide strategic insights.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships, collaborations, and referral relationships to expand the firm’s reach and service offerings.
- Solicit and analyse client feedback to continually enhance service quality and exceed client expectations.
- Prepare regular reports on business development & sales activities, key performance metrics, and progress towards goals.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Proven experience (8+ years) in business development roles, preferably within the hospitality food & beverage or Design & Construction sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills ‐ with Directors, key associates, and business development colleagues, clients and suppliers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with the capacity to devise innovative business development strategies.
- Proficiency in lead tracking, and use of other CRM business development tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities.
- Outstanding project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
