Pan Pacific London, located in the heart of the City, is the Singapore-headquartered hotel group’s first UK hotel. Tricon was engaged to plan the F&B designs across the hotel’s various restaurants, bars and event spaces. The largest of these is the banqueting kitchen, serving a ballroom with up to 400 covers. The Hotel’s Straits Kitchen provides all-day dining, where the restaurant serves a melting pot of cuisines from Singapore’s many cultures and is heavily focussed on South East Asian dishes, and supports also two private dining rooms, Newton and Katong. Ginger Lily is Pan Pacific London’s destination Rum bar, that fuses the best of Asia with the buzz of the City, where Tricon worked directly with the bar team to create a practical, workable, yet stylish show bar.
