Situated on the banks of the River Thames, Sea Containers London brings new vibrancy to the Southbank in the form of this new 360 room, five star hotel. The hotel, designed by Design Research Studio under the direction of renowned designer Tom Dixon, exudes 1920’s cruise ship glamour with contemporary modern twists. Tricon worked with the developer Deerbrook and operator Morgan Hotel Group (now part of SBE Hotels) to deliver a range of restaurant and bar designs, with some challenging logistical elements, including a central commissary kitchen in the basement which used to be a car park!
