Tricon were appointed to develop a foodservice strategy and design for this secure campus site supporting 5,000 personnel. Tricon’s services included full detailed design and assistance in procuring a suitable catering operator. Facilities on site included 6 restaurant outlets, significant conference and function catering and an auditorium suite.
