His strength lies in his technical knowledge of catering equipment, industry practices and regulations and his focus on delivering exceptional hospitality experiences, having previously worked for worldwide catering equipment suppliers and manufacturers. Paul ensures thorough co-ordination at all stages of the design project between the client, contractors and construction teams.
