MARK GRIMMETT - PROJECT MANAGERDUBAI


With over 23 years of experience in F&B operations across the UK and UAE, including roles at Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, IHG and Rotana Hotels, Mark has been involved with multiple pre-openings across the industry, working with hotels, event venues, standalone restaurants and franchises, providing operational management insight on efficiencies and requirements at various stages of the construction phases.

Collaborating with owners, brand ambassadors, suppliers and operators, Mark offered consultation on best practices, brand requirements, product development and training to achieve optimised processing and product delivery.

Operationally his appointments have seen him source, develop and manage large scale teams across multiple sites in a B2C capacity, building guest relations whilst embodying brand standards and playing an integral part of the companies continued success.
