Christopher is a creative problem solver with a great understanding of the food and beverage industry. With experience working for leading hotel groups, boutique hospitality consultancies, and emerging street food companies, his strengths lie in developing foodservice strategies which align with the demands of the project scope and design scheme. As part of the management services team, Christopher works in tangent with Tricon’s design teams, providing operational, market, and financial advice whilst balancing client’s conceptual and business ambitions.

His varied project work has exposed him to a number of high profile projects within a number of different industries including heritage & culture, B&I, education, and hotels & restaurants. Holding a dual degree in business administration and international hospitality management from the Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland, Christopher demonstrates his dedication to his work through his knowledge and passion for the foodservice industry.
